Nexon America has revealed the MapleStory x Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End collaboration event, which will run from September 9 through October 7.
The month-long event brings Frieren and her companions into MapleStory with limited-time missions, boss battles, cosmetics, pets, and themed rewards.
Frieren Arrives at Mushroom Hill
The collaboration begins when a mysterious bronze statue appears on Mushroom Hill.
From there, Frieren and her companions arrive in MapleStory, opening a limited-time event path for eligible players who have reached the required stage in the adventure log.
Weekly Missions and Boss Battles
The Frieren’s Spell Collection Event will have players join Frieren’s companions on weekly missions and boss battles to collect rare Grimoires.
Players can also team up with Frieren and Fern during Adventure with Frieren’s Companions, where the pair assist in battle with magical skills. Magic Replica Monsters will also appear, giving players more chances to earn event items.
Limited-Time Rewards
The event will include several Frieren-themed reward tracks.
Philosopher’s Book offers limited-time items such as chairs, totems, titles, and medals. Players can also collect Special Petite Luna Pets based on Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and grab limited-edition outfit sets through the Signature Style Collection.
Event Runs Through October 7
The MapleStory x Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End collaboration begins September 9 and runs through October 7.
