Saber Interactive has revealed Stuntman: Hollywood, a new single-player action-racing game that brings back the classic stunt-driving series for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Announced during Sony’s State of Play showcase, the game is being developed in collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences. Stuntman: Hollywood will feature cinematic stunt challenges inspired by Universal Pictures films and NBCUniversal television series, including Fast & Furious, Back to the Future, Knight Rider, Miami Vice, and Death Race.
A New Stuntman Game Built Around Movie Chaos
Stuntman: Hollywood puts players in the role of an up-and-coming stunt performer working their way through blockbuster productions.
Players will chain jumps, drifts, near-misses, ramps, crashes, and timed maneuvers while trying to hit every mark on set. As the campaign progresses, players can rise through the ranks, unlock new challenges, and take on larger stunt sequences.
Saber Interactive Chief Creative Officer Tim Willits said the original Stuntman was a memorable game for him and described the revival as a long-running dream for the studio.
Drive Iconic Film and TV Vehicles
The game will feature a mix of licensed vehicles and stunt-ready rides built for high-speed action.
Confirmed vehicles include K.I.T.T. from Knight Rider and the Time Machine from Back to the Future. Players will also drive supercars, muscle cars, and motorcycles across a range of stunt scenarios.
Each vehicle is designed around precision, speed, and spectacle, with the goal of recreating the timing and chaos of film stunt work.
Inspired by Universal Films and TV Shows
Stuntman: Hollywood draws from several Universal franchises for its sets and scenarios.
Fast & Furious will provide high-speed action and car-focused stunt work, while Back to the Future brings in the Time Machine for more playful set-piece potential. Knight Rider, Miami Vice, and Death Race will also inspire challenges and vehicles.
Saber says players will perform over-the-top stunts across fan-favorite sets based on those films and shows.
Wishlist Available Soon
Stuntman: Hollywood is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
