Soft Rains has announced that Ambrosia Sky: Act Two will launch on August 6, 2026, for PC via Steam. Revealed during the Story-Rich Showcase, Act Two serves as the final chapter of Dalia’s journey and will arrive as a free update for existing players.
Ambrosia Sky first launched with Act One last fall, introducing players to a clean-em-up adventure set across abandoned space colonies overtaken by a dangerous sentient fungus.
Dalia’s Story Comes to an End
Ambrosia Sky follows Dalia, a young field scientist returning home to The Cluster after a disaster leaves the colonies contaminated, abandoned, and populated by missing or dead residents.
In Act Two, Dalia gets closer to the truth behind the crisis while continuing her search for her ex-girlfriend Maeve. She also collects DNA to support research into human immortality and helps lay to rest victims of the disaster.
The final act resolves the major story threads introduced in Act One while expanding the game with new mission locations, additional fungus types, and an updated progression system.
Clean the Fungus, Survive the Colony
Ambrosia Sky mixes first-person action with meditative cleaning mechanics.
Players use an upgradeable chemical sprayer to cleanse alien fungus, harvest its fruit, and craft new ammo types based on fungal properties. Some fungus species explode, some electrify, and others actively hunt Dalia down.
The sprayer can be upgraded to improve efficiency, add new spray types, and include additional tools to withstand spreading contamination.
Explore Zero-G Environments
The Cluster is filled with unstable gravity fields that shift how players move through each area.
Dalia can use a tether to grab objects, reach hidden areas, and navigate dangerous zero-g spaces where the direction and strength of gravity can change without warning.
Free for Existing Players
Act Two will be available as a free update for anyone who already owns Ambrosia Sky.
New players will be able to purchase the full game with a limited-time 20% launch discount, bringing the price to $11.99. After the promotional period ends, the full game price will increase to $24.99 to reflect the expanded release.
