Morefun Studios and Tencent have announced that Roco Kingdom is heading to global markets, with a closed beta test set for October 27.
The free-to-play creature-collector RPG is coming to Windows PC, PlayStation, Xbox, iOS, and Android, with pre-registration open now.
Carosia Opens to New Players
Roco Kingdom takes players to Carosia, a magical land filled with creatures called Jinies.
Players can capture, train, battle, and bond with more than 400 Jinies across different habitats. Each Jini varies in height, size, and weight, giving players room to build a team that fits their style.
Play Solo or With Friends
Roco Kingdom supports cross-platform play across PC, console, and mobile.
Players can party up with friends, ride Jinies together, visit each other’s homes, decorate, farm, and take on shared activities. Morefun is also building the game around social systems beyond creature battles.
PvP Without Pay-To-Win Mechanics
Battle will focus on strategic turn-based PvP.
Players can build teams around Jini classes, matchups, and counters, and Morefun says PvP will not use pay-to-win mechanics.
Strong Start in China
Roco Kingdom has already seen major traction in China.
The franchise has a 16-year history and more than 350 million registered browser-game players. The new title reached more than 15 million players within 13 hours of launch and averaged more than 13 million daily active users across PC and mobile during its first month.
Global Test Coming Soon
The Roco Kingdom closed beta test begins October 27, with pre-registration available now.
A full release date will be announced later.
