The Appetizer – Final Fantasy XV Platinum Demo

Square Enix recently hosted a blowout extravaganza for the marquee title, Final Fantasy XV, set to release September 30th.

During the broadcast, it was announced that a Platinum Demo was available for Playstation 4 and Xbox One owners. The creators noted that this vertical slice will not be in the final game and is meant to introduce newcomers and fans alike to the various gameplay elements culminating in a boss fight. Given this was a first runthrough, we weren’t able to cover the hidden weapons and secrets in the demo. For a more detailed run, you can check our video here: [Facebook].

We recently played the demo and recorded in its entirety for the reintroduction of The Appetizer, our video Let’s Play series debuted first in 2010.

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XV comes in a Day One, Deluxe, and Collector’s Edition for Xbox One and PS4 on Sept 30, 2016. Completing the Platinum Demo nets you Carbuncle as a downloadable character upon release.
