Embrace the Dark Arts for Halloween in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

To celebrate Halloween, Jam City has revealed a plethora of ghastly goals and eerie events for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery.

As the full moon rises upon Hogwarts, dark forces threaten the school in a time-sensitive October story event. Players who partake in the Dueling Club can use the Melofors Jinx to temporarily transform their foes heads into pumpkins, much like the jack-o-lanterns that now decorate the Great Hall. The famous ghosts of Hogwarts, from Nearly Headless Nick to the Grey Lady, make appearances in the new story event as well, making this month the spookiest in Hogwarts Mystery‘s history.

Josh Yguado, Jam City President and COO, commented on the game’s haunting holiday content:

This October, we’re exploring the darker side of Hogwarts. From the Hallowe’en feast in the Great Hall, to our in-game events and side quests, players will have the chance to experience a full month of October festivities, ranging from fun to fearsome.
