FuturLab is aiming higher—literally—with the newly released gameplay trailer for PowerWash Simulator 2. The follow-up to the viral clean-’em-up drops grime-busting tools, lovable feline companions, and chaotic multi-stage jobs that escalate in all the right (and filthy) ways.
Take Cleaning to New Heights (Literally)
The trailer reveals several major upgrades to your grime-fighting toolkit. First off: abseiling. You’ll be able to rappel up and down walls using the mechanized ProRise AE-300 pulley system, giving you full vertical and horizontal control while pressure washing cliffside graffiti or the upper tiers of a rollercoaster.
Prefer a more grounded approach? The scissor lift makes a stylish return, letting you elevate smoothly for stubborn high-up spots. Paired with new multi-stage jobs, where cleaned areas reveal deeper layers of muck or hidden structures mid-mission, the complexity has definitely leveled up.
New Gadgets and Feline Friends
One of the biggest additions is the SwirlForce Surf Ace, a swirling surface cleaner perfect for large areas like parking lots or tiled malls. Think of it as a Roomba with a jet stream.
Back at your Home Base, you can now purchase and restore antique furniture—scrub a dusty sofa and turn it into an elegant display piece. This adds a relaxing interior decorating loop to your power-washing routine.
And yes, the cats are back. Ulysses and their kittens, Bubbles and Squeak (first seen in the original), now live with you full-time. They’ll join you on jobs, add some fluff to your cleaning day, and yes, you can pet them. Often.
More Dirt, More Depth, More Co-Op
PowerWash Simulator 2 is stacking the suds with:
- 38+ Career Mode jobs
- Split-screen and online co-op
- New gadgets and job types
- Expanded environments, from haunted arcades to roadside motels
With more than just shiny surfaces on offer, this sequel leans deeper into creativity and environmental storytelling, all wrapped in high-pressure satisfaction.
PowerWash Simulator 2 is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with a launch slated for late 2025. Wishlist it now on Steam and visit the official site for more info.
