Jack Black Returns as Officer Dick in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, Also Voices Constable Richard

Skaters, get ready to ollie back into absurdity — Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 drops on July 11, and Jack Black is officially reprising his role as Officer Dick, the fan-favorite secret skater from the original series. But that’s not all: Black will also voice the character’s equally ridiculous UK counterpart, Constable Richard, in the remastered Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 London level.

Originally introduced as a parody of overzealous mall security, Officer Dick—whose real name is Richard Ennvee—has been reimagined with new animations and lines delivered with Jack Black’s signature chaotic energy. According to in-game lore, Dick was mocked in his youth by local skaters and now seeks vengeance by literally becoming the law. Constable Richard, meanwhile, is essentially the same brand of chaos, just with a proper British twist. You’ll find him patrolling the streets of London, laying down citations and bailing on kickflips in equal measure.

Gameplay footage showing off Officer Dick in action is available now, alongside fresh screenshots of the chaotic copper in his element. Both Officer Dick and Constable Richard will be unlockable characters in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, which features enhanced visuals, new objectives, and online multiplayer support across both remastered titles.

Players who pre-order the game on PlayStation, Xbox, or PC can jump into the Foundry Demo right now and start brushing up on their manuals and combos. Those who go all-in on the Collector’s Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition can hit the streets even earlier on July 8. Deluxe Edition owners will also unlock exclusive goodies like in-game outfits, extra boards, and even Doom Slayer as a playable skater.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 launches July 11 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. For more info, check out the official site.
