Major Ratatan Update Release Date Revealed Alongside Trailer

TVT Co. and Ratata Arts have revealed when rhythm game Ratatan will be receiving a huge Early Access update, as well as the update’s name.

Dubbed Descent of the Dark Ratatan, this upgrade is set to add new enemies, stages, item drops (with increased rarity levels), and gameplay, as well as an entire new chapter and several UI/UX improvements. The update has a pretty festive release date, as it’s set to launch through Steam on Thursday, December 25 — Christmas Day, meaning fans will be able to spend any holiday time they have exploring the new content.

Ratatan will also be part of the Steam Winter Sale, which is set to start tomorrow. The game will be 15% off its regular price, with this discount lasting until January 5.
