The Coma 3: Bloodlines Launches on April 30

Dvora Studio and Headup have announced that The Coma 3: Bloodlines will launch on April 30, 2026, for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. The upcoming release is positioned as the next mainline entry in The Coma series and brings the Korean survival horror story to its next chapter.

The game follows the ongoing story of Youngho and his friends, serving as the latest entry in the long-running horror series.

A New Chapter in The Coma Series

The Coma 3: Bloodlines is a 2D survival-horror adventure built around evasion, puzzle-solving, and uncovering the secrets of its cursed world. Players will need to survive relentless pursuers while gathering clues and piecing together the mystery at the story’s center.

The game returns players to the Coma World, a shadowy realm where rumors and urban legends become real. According to the game’s premise, anyone who dies there risks having their body permanently severed from their spirit, leaving them unable to wake up again.

New Locations and Playable Characters

This time, the story moves beyond the schools and neighborhoods seen in earlier games. The Coma 3: Bloodlines will send players through new locations and missions, expanding the series’ scope while keeping its focus on mystery and survival.

The game will also feature three playable characters, each with their own abilities and point of view. That setup will give players different ways to approach the nightmare, from stealth and survival to more direct combat.

A Korean Survival Horror Finale

Headup describes The Coma 3: Bloodlines as the conclusion to the Korean survival horror story that has followed Youngho and the people around him. Along with its supernatural horror setup, the game leans into a distinct occult mystery atmosphere tied to a South Korean setting.

The Coma 3: Bloodlines launches April 30, 2026, on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
