The Wolf Among Us 2 Release Date Window Set in New Trailer

After what feels like an eternity, we finally received a new The Wolf Among Us 2 trailer at Summer Game Fest 2026’s Showcase, as well as a release date window for the Telltale Games sequel.

The trailer gives audiences a new look at the intrigue that The Wolf Among Us 2 is set to feature, as well as characters like Bigby Wolf, Bluebeard, the Tin Man, and more. A release date window is provided at the end, noting that the sequel will release for the PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Epic Store.

You can watch the long-awaited The Wolf Among Us 2 announcement trailer on YouTube below:

“When a brutal series of crimes threatens to fracture the fragile balance holding Fabletown together, Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, finds himself drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that reaches deep into the city’s criminal underworld,” reads the sequel’s story synopsis. “As suspicion spreads across the city and powerful forces work against him, Bigby must uncover the truth and decide what kind of sheriff – and what kind of wolf – he is willing to become.”

What else was announced alongside The Wolf Among Us 2?

If that didn’t give you your Wolf Among Us fix, it was also announced that the first game will be receiving a remaster, fittingly titled The Wolf Among Us Remastered. This new release will feature refined visuals, new accessibility options, an updated user interface, and various other improvements, and is planned to release this holiday season for the PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox One (playable on Xbox Series X|S through backward compatibility), and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
