Top Hat Studios’ Fall Showcase 2026 introduced five publishing partnerships, along with release dates, demos, and console announcements. Highlights include Tales of Tuscany’s February 2 launch, Ova Magica’s console arrival on November 10, and a new Becrowned demo available now.
Five Games Join Top Hat’s Publishing Lineup
Liminal Road’s Spooky Tales brings together four horror stories spanning pulp fiction, Japanese body horror, found footage, and slashers. An undead host introduces each tale, with narrative exploration and interactive minigames connecting the anthology’s different approaches to horror.
My Ransomware Can’t Be This Cute?!, from The Seppuku Commission, traps you in a card-flipping roguelike against sentient malware. Deduction and risky decisions determine how you deal with the virus holding your computer hostage.
Radi Art, the developer behind Synergia, returns with Prima Materia in 2027. The visual novel follows Mana, a Mind Digger who consumes minds, as she accepts a job involving a demi-angel.
Purechito’s RGB: Execution combines 2D action, bullet-hell encounters, and puzzle-like bosses in a future controlled by generative AI. Meanwhile, Innombrable’s Ryn: And the Thread of Life casts you as a rag doll wielding enchanted scissors against five wicked dolls.
All five titles are coming to PC.
Tales of Tuscany Sets February Release, Ova Magica Heads to Consoles
Tales of Tuscany launches February 2, 2027, on PC, Switch, PS5, and Xbox platforms. Nico Papalia’s RPG follows Lambypoo’s attempt to rescue their cousins and rebuild their village, with bullet-hell battles and opportunities to recruit enemies.
Ova Magica reaches Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms on November 10. Its farming and creature-collecting systems center on blob companions that help you work and explore.
Silly Polly Beast also received a Switch 2 announcement, with that version scheduled for later in November.
Becrowned Demo Arrives as More Release Windows Take Shape
A new Becrowned demo is available now. The survival horror game targets early 2027 on Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Aerial combat roguelike Delivery Must Complete will receive a PC demo in January 2027. The Backworld, a cosmic horror RPG built around combat, exploration, and companion recruitment, targets Q2 2027 on Steam.
The showcase also shared a trailer for Metamorphosis, following Aria through interconnected ruins with firearms, miracles, puzzles, and limited resources.
