Beast of Reincarnation Combat Overview Shows Parries, Skills, and Boss Rewards

Game Freak and Fictions have released a new Combat Overview video for Beast of Reincarnation, giving players a closer look at the action RPG’s command-based battle system ahead of its August 4 launch.

The video focuses on Emma and Koo as they take on enemies through a mix of attacks, parries, and special moves.

Command-Based Combat With Timing

Beast of Reincarnation’s combat asks players to balance offense and defense. Attacks can pressure enemies, while parries give players a way to respond to incoming strikes and create openings.

Special attacks add another layer, giving players stronger options when regular attacks are not enough.

Bosses Unlock New Skills

As Emma and Koo defeat bosses, they unlock new combat skills and techniques. These rewards open up more ways to build characters and test different approaches in battle.

The new footage points toward a system built around experimentation, with players able to adjust their style as they gain more tools.
