EA-Mikami Title Shadow of the Damned Reveal Trailer

Electronic Arts has announced its partners title, Shadow of the Damned, a collaboration between Grasshopper’s Suda 51 and Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami. The game promises an “all new vision of hell unlike anything seen before.” Famitsu has reported the Shadow of the Damned features a Resident Evil 4 style camera perspective and features a “demon killer” fighting off the “denizens of the underworld.”

Dubbed a “psychological action thriller experience”, it features a punk rock vibe stylized by Grasshopper Manufacture’s Suda 51. While the game is intense, Damned also presents a few light hearted moments. Silent Hill music director, Akira Yamaoka has been brought on the game to produce the music for Damned. The platforms for Shadow of the Damned are Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 and it is expected for release in 2011. Check below for the announcement trailer and first screens, concept art.
