E3 11: Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Gameplay Surfaces

The four player co-op action shooter, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, has finally revealed its gameplay to the public at this year’s E3. At first glance, it reminds me of a cross between Left 4 Dead and SOCOM which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but it will have to differentiate itself from the competition of zombie shooters out and using the backdrop of the Resident Evil universe is ultimately going to make or break the experience.

In development at Slant Six Games, the game is coming out on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC this winter.
