Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have pulled the chains tight on Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, a brand-new single-player survival horror action game officially revealed today. Based on the legendary horror franchise, Revival promises an original story, combat-driven gameplay, and the return of Doug Bradley as the infamous Pinhead.
Set for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, this marks the first-ever video game adaptation of the Hellraiser franchise—and horror fans won’t have to suffer alone: Clive Barker himself has helped craft the game’s twisted tale.

A New Story from the Depths of Damnation
Hellraiser: Revival follows Aidan, a man who unknowingly opens the Genesis Configuration—an evolved form of the iconic puzzle box. Desperate to save his girlfriend from a Cenobite cult, Aidan must navigate a world on the brink of hell itself, making a pact with Pinhead while wielding the box’s twisted powers alongside conventional weapons.
Described as a hybrid of survival horror and action, the game pits players against monstrous cultists, deviants, and the Cenobites themselves. As Aidan, players will channel the tormenting power of the Genesis Configuration to fight their way through flesh-rending encounters and terrifying rituals.
