Nightdive Studios is resurrecting a cult favorite with Blood: Refreshed Supply, the definitive remaster of the 1997 FPS classic. Announced during the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct, the remaster will launch on December 4, 2025, for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, with a Switch 2 release planned for early 2026.
This new version doesn’t just polish up the original; it brings Caleb’s blood-soaked crusade to consoles for the first time, while also introducing brand-new missions alongside a suite of modern upgrades.
A Definitive Edition With New Blood
Building on the 2019 PC remaster Blood: Fresh Supply, Nightdive’s new edition includes everything from the original release and expansions (Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage), while adding two fresh campaigns: Marrow, available at launch, and Death Wish, coming in a free post-launch update.
Players can expect up to 4K resolution and 120FPS on supported hardware, customizable controls, expanded modding support, and both local split-screen and cross-platform online multiplayer for up to eight players.
Caleb’s Quest for Vengeance
In Blood: Refreshed Supply, players return to the boots of Caleb, an undead gunslinger betrayed by the dark god Tchernobog. Armed with both conventional and occult weaponry, Caleb sets out to dismantle the Cabal and exact revenge across 42 levels of carnage.
Expect to face hordes of cultists, zombies, gargoyles, and hellhounds in a campaign that blends Lovecraftian horror with over-the-top gunplay. And yes, every wall, corridor, and graveyard will drip crimson by the time you’re done.
Pre-Order Discounts and Upgrade Path
Blood: Refreshed Supply will retail for $29.99. Pre-orders are now live, offering a 20% discount across all platforms. Existing owners of Blood: Fresh Supply on Steam and GOG can upgrade with a special 66.6% loyalty discount.
On release day, Blood: Fresh Supply will be delisted and replaced by Refreshed Supply on digital storefronts.
