Square Enix has launched Patch 7.35 for Final Fantasy XIV Online, officially introducing the long-awaited crossover with Capcom’s Monster Hunter Wilds. The collaboration, first revealed at Gamescom 2025, brings new hunts, exclusive rewards, and the fearsome Guardian Arkveld into Eorzea.
A New Hunt Begins
The crossover event challenges players to take on Guardian Arkveld, a massive creature from Monster Hunter Wilds, in both Normal and Extreme difficulties. Victorious hunters can earn a variety of themed rewards, including a mount, minions, housing items, and other collectibles.
Meanwhile, Monster Hunter Wilds players can also join the crossover on their end, with exclusive in-game content available through Capcom’s official site.
Patch 7.35 Content Highlights
Alongside the crossover, Patch 7.35 adds fresh content across several key areas:
- New Deep Dungeon: Pilgrim’s Traverse – Play solo or with a fixed party in this new dungeon, featuring variable boss difficulties, a challenge log, and refined restart mechanics.
- Allied Society Quests – Yok Huy – Continue expanding Eorzea’s social and cultural ties.
- Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures – The beloved inspector returns with another round of eccentric quests.
Full details on the patch can be found on the official site.
