Sadly, October is gone, and along with it, spooky season. November is here, and if you’re in the U.S., that means eating entirely too much food and setting the clocks back. Fortunately, for everyone, it means hot new indies coming out this month that’ll blow your socks off.
I worked overtime (quite literally) to make sure I didn’t have to cut any titles this month, and I STILL had to cut titles. However, I’m convinced that this set of indies will have something for everyone.
I really hope you enjoy the list. Please let me know if you do via Bluesky or email. I’ve got a little something for everyone here, and it’s truly an incredible line-up of indies. I had a lot of fun playing these demos, check ‘em out.
Tower Lords
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 4th
The seven races each built a tower and defended it using the power of light. Until the dark lord rose and corrupted light, binding it to his will. A lil’ piece of light escaped, though, and after six hundred years has chosen you, player, to help rebuild the towers of the land.
Tower Lords is part idler, part tower defense. You’ll use light to help cleanse souls and use those souls to fill up your mines and your farms to help with stone and food production. Ascend the tower to bring it back to its former glory.
Tower Lords releases on November 4th, 2025, on PC via Steam. Wishlist the game or check out the game’s demo on the game’s Steam page.
Second Sun
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 5th
Second Sun takes the action combat of a boomer shooter and adds action-RPG elements to make it unique. While the large world remains the same, the dungeons and points of interest are procedurally generated.
In the demo, I picked a magic caster, and despite my wand throwing powerful fireballs, I eventually switched over to a machine gun, the wizard’s second best friend. There’s a little bit of jank in Second Sun that makes it immediately familiar.
Second Sun releases on November 5th on PC via Steam. Don’t forget to wishlist the game or check out the demo that’s available on the game’s Steam page.
PLAGUN – The Plague Goes On
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 5th
PLAGUN – The Plague Goes On is a platforming roguelite with some bullet-hell thrown in for good measure. Each level is small-ish, with multiple platforms and stage hazards. Run, jump, collect clots, and use the clots to buy upgrades to make the run easier.
The winner here is PLAGUN’s aesthetic —the 8-bit pixel art and the gothic theme of plagues, death, and corpses. You’ll be collecting blood clots and living in the Vampire Survivors/20 Minutes Til’ Dawn approach of auto-firing your weapon.
PLAGUN – The Plague Goes On releases on November 5th, 2025, on PC via Steam. If that sounds good, make sure you add it to your wishlist or check out the demo on the game’s Steam page.
No Players Online
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 6th
No Players Online has the player navigating an old PC on the old-world internet. While visiting an online forum for indie devs and playing some truly wonderful games, a person sends you a friend request.
Because the player is social, they agree, and the person sends them a link to an abandoned capture-the-flag first-person shooter project. While waiting for your new friend to show up, something unworldly happens.
No Players Online releases on November 6th, 2025, for PC via Steam. Tickled? Make sure to add it to your wishlist and check out the demo available on the game’s Steam page.
UNBEATABLE
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S | Release Date: November 6th DELAYED TO DEC. 9TH
Unbeatable has an incredible premise because music is illegal now, so it’s time to go where people need it most, and do crimes. Beat is our pink-haired protagonist, and she’s living her dream performing in a band.
Unbeatable is a rhythm-based narrative adventure game. It looks and sounds gorgeous, with an anime-inspired art style and some truly wonderful music. Most importantly, the rhythm gameplay is SO fun both to play AND watch.
Unbeatable releases on November 6th, 2025, for PC via Steam. Seriously, add this game to your wishlist and check out the demo if you have a chance on the game’s Steam page.
Tiny Auto Knights
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 7th
Tiny Auto Knights is a simple auto-battler with over 50 different types of guys you can stick on your 3×3 grid. Squashing the returns on battle, you’re given 10 gold total and can cycle through the shop to find new fellas.
The mercenaries you’ll buy for your army all have abilities that can help during, before, or after battle. The pixel-art style really works well for this type of game, and even with sped-up animations, I was able to understand what was going on.
Tiny Auto Knights releases on November 7th, 2025, for PC via Steam. If the game seems like your jam, make sure to add it to your wishlist and check out the demo on the game’s Steam page.
Ambrosia Sky
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 10th
Ambrosia Sky captures some of the fun of games like Powerwash Simulator and wraps it in a sci-fi narrative where the protagonist is tasked with clearing a fungal infestation. Our protagonist returns home only to find it’s been infested with fungus.
Luckily, she’s a member of an order of scientists in pursuit of immortality. The demo has the player focus on learning new types of fungus to clear out, and it sets up the first act of the story in this immersive sim.
Ambrosia Sky releases on PC via Steam on November 10th, 2025. If it sounds intriguing, make sure to add the game to your wishlist and check out the demo on the game’s Steam page.
Verho – Curse of Faces
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 10th
Verho – Curse of Faces is the last in a short line of games padding out the Kingsfield-style action RPG genre. Taking cues from the source material, Verho – Curse of Faces has made a fairly faithful game that’s a LOT of fun.
In my time stomping around the world of Verho, I already found a poison lake, killed entirely too many man-eating flowers, and died to a ghost who takes no damage. The demo was enthralling, and I can’t wait to play the full game.
Verho – Curse of Faces releases on November 10th, 2025, for PC via Steam. If it seems at all interesting, throw the game on your wish list and check out the demo available on the game’s Steam page.
Little Corners
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 13th
Little Corners is a cute little stickerbook game where the player chooses a location and is then given a thematic stickerbook to create the perfect little corners. Along with creating the perfect little cozy space, hidden stickers exist in each area.
I had a little alchemist’s hut, and I was so pleased with how cozy I could make it. A roaring fire on one end, scrolls and books on the other. I created the perfect little nook for an alchemist that didn’t exist.
Little Corners releases on November 13th, 2025, on PC via Steam. If a little cozy stickerbook sounds good to you, make sure you add the game to your wishlist and check out the demo available on the game’s Steam page.
The Berlin Apartment
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S | Release Date: November 17th
The Berlin Apartment has players taking on the roles of various tenants of an apartment in Berlin over the years. In the demo, I played as Malik, a handyman tasked with refurbishing the apartment in 2020.
Through his findings, I wandered through the apartment as it was when Kolja lived with a hundred houseplants and formed a relationship from across the wall in the 1980s. I was then treated with my time as Josef as he prepared to escape 1930s Berlin from the Nazi regime.
The Berlin Apartment releases on November 17th, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. If interested, make sure to add it to your wishlist and check out the Demo on the game’s Steam page.

Monsters are Coming! Rock & Road is a roguelite tower defense game where the castle you’re tasked with defending is moving! The castle slowly trawls through the level while the player controls the peon.
The peon’s job is to keep enemies away from the castle, harvest resources, and collect experience to level up the castle and unlock new towers. Towers can then be attached to the castle on a grid, creating a slow-moving death machine!
Monsters are Coming! Rock & Road is releasing on November 20th, 2025, on PC via Steam, will Xbox Series X|S release to follow at a later date. Make sure you add the game to your wishlist if it looks cool and check out the demo on the game’s Steam page.
Of Ash and Steel
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 24th
Of Ash and Steel is an immersive third-person open-world RPG set on the island of Greyshaft. Players take the role of a cartographer who is the sole survivor of a pilgrimage gone wrong, rescued by a graverobber, and set out on a quest.
Actually playing Of Ash and Steel reminded me a lot of Eurocentric immersive RPGs like Gothic. Combat is fairly involved, and a lot of the game relies on crafting to make armor, weapons, and deal with things like thirst and hunger.
Of Ash and Steel releases on November 24th, 2025, on PC via Steam. If it seems like your bag, make sure to add it to your wishlist and check out the demo on the game’s Steam page.
Constance
Platforms: PC | Release Date: November 24th
Constance is a metroidvania built around precision platforming and on-the-fly puzzle-solving. Players will take the role of Constance, a paintbrush-wielding artist who uses her brush as both a weapon and a means of travel.
I found quite a few puzzle challenges that really put me to the test. Constance has a bit of Celeste in her, as the precision platforming can have punishing results if you mess up or miss your target.
Constance is releasing on November 24th, 2025, on PC via Steam. If my words have painted a picture of a game you might be interested in, make sure you add it to your wishlist and check out the demo on the game’s Steam page.
