Devolver Digital and developer Artificer are bringing their supernatural stealth tactics adventure Sumerian Six to consoles this spring. The alternate-history World War II thriller launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on March 6, putting console players in command of a strange but deadly squad tasked with stopping a nightmare version of the Third Reich.
An Alternate WWII Fueled by Science and the Supernatural
Sumerian Six is set in a warped version of World War II where Nazi forces seek to dominate the world through occult science and twisted experiments. Players lead the Enigma Squad, an elite team of six scientists-turned-commandos, each equipped with unique abilities that blend intelligence, mutation, and raw supernatural power.
Across a campaign spanning ten chapters, players will infiltrate historically inspired locations reimagined through a pulp sci-fi lens. Each mission emphasizes careful planning, environmental awareness, and stealth-first tactics, rewarding patience and creativity over brute force.

Stealth and strategy sit at the heart of Sumerian Six. Players are encouraged to quietly slip through Nazi strongholds, thin enemy patrols, and eliminate high-value targets before confronting heavier threats.
