Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Reveals Sokka Gameplay Trailer

Gameplay Group International and PM Studios have revealed Sokka as a roster addition for Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game. The new character trailer debuted during gamescom LATAM, showing the Southern Water Tribe warrior in action.

Sokka joins the fighting game’s lineup ahead of its July 2 launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Strategy, Boomerangs, and Swordplay

Unlike many fighters from the Avatar universe, Sokka does not rely on bending. Instead, he brings a toolkit built around planning, timing, and weapons, including his boomerang and sword.

The trailer highlights Sokka’s role as a resourceful strategist and fighter, drawing from his growth across the series from village defender to leader, inventor, and swordsman.

Launching July 2

Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game launches July 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
