Agate and Red Dunes Games have released a public Blades of Mirage demo on Steam.
The demo arrives alongside a new trailer for the isometric action RPG, showing rune-based customization, ancient islands, puzzle-driven encounters, and myth inspired by Southeast Asian culture.
Mira’s Path Begins
Blades of Mirage follows Mira, a wanderer traveling through a fractured land.
Players will use runes and skills to shape Mira’s blades, abilities, and combat approach. Each island includes corrupted guardians, puzzles, and relics that add new layers to progression.
Runes Shape Combat
Rune customization sits at the center of Blades of Mirage.
Players can build around different abilities and relics, then adjust their playstyle as they face tougher enemies and puzzle-focused encounters. Combat rewards timing, patience, and smart choices.
Two Difficulty Modes
Agate says community playtesting helped shape the demo.
The default mode offers a more demanding combat experience, built around precision and patience. A casual mode adds animation cancellation and other benefits for players who want a faster, more accessible action-adventure pace.
