At today’s Game Awards, all-new gameplay footage was revealed for the upcoming NieR Replicant remake. Titled NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, the prequel to NieR Automata puts players in the role of a young man in an apocalyptic world who seeks to find a cure for his sister’s fatal disease.
Also announced was the White Snow Edition of the game, a collector’s edition that includes a “Lunar Tear” Collector’s Box, Steelbook Case, Pin Badge Set, Script Set, and Soundtrack CD Set for $159.99, which is available exclusively through Square Enix’s online store.
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… will launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on April 23. For more information, check out the trailer above.
