Kabam is bringing Marvel Contest of Champions to SDCC 2026 with demos, daily tournaments, giveaways, and prizes at the Marvel x Moonrock Gaming Lounge from July 23-26.
The lounge will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in the San Diego Ballroom. Registered San Diego Comic-Con badges are not required for entry.
Try the New Towers Mode
Attendees can play Marvel Contest of Champions at on-site game stations and try Towers, a new mode where players battle their way to the top.
Anyone who plays the demo will receive an exclusive pin and a spin on the prize wheel for in-game items and physical prizes.
Players who cannot attend SDCC can still play the same Towers quest in-game from home.
Daily On-Stage Tournaments
More experienced players can take on a high-difficulty demo to qualify for daily tournaments.
Each day from Thursday through Sunday, the four fastest players will compete on stage to clear the Tower first. The bracket will start with the #1 seed against the #4 seed and the #2 seed against the #3 seed, followed by a finals match.
Kabam will crown a new Champion each day.
Event Hours and Location
The Marvel x Moonrock Gaming Lounge will be open July 23-25 from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and July 26 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The lounge will be located at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 333 W Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101, inside the San Diego Ballroom.
